This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver both retail and bulk orders.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across:

  • All Cities in India.
  • Bulk orders can be shipped pan-India through transport partners.

2. Shipping for Retail Orders

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Final charges will be shown at checkout.

3. Shipping for Bulk / Wholesale Orders

Processing Time

  • Bulk orders take 2–5 business days for processing depending on quantity.

Transport Method

Bulk shipments are sent through:

  • Transport services (VRL, SRS, ST Courier, etc.)
  • Your preferred logistics partner (if provided)

Freight Charges

  • Freight/transport charges are paid by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Charges vary based on weight, quantity, and destination.

Delivery Time

  • Typically 3–10 business days, depending on the transport partner.

Unloading

  • Unloading at destination is the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

  • Retail orders: Tracking link will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once shipped.
  • Bulk orders: LR (Lorry Receipt) / Consignment number will be provided.

5. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transport strikes
  • Courier issues
  • Festivals and high-traffic periods

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control but will assist you in tracking your order.


6. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may fail or get delayed
  • Additional charges may apply for reshipping
    Please verify your address at checkout.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Report to us within 48 hours with photos/videos
  • We will arrange replacement or resolution as per our Refund Policy
